Hikaru Koyama, ex-Hinoi Team, update I hope the New Year is off to a good start for everybody. It’s hard to believe that it is the end of January! The topic of this post will be Hikaru Koyama, ex-Hinoi Team. Her nickname is ‘hikachu.’She is currently working as a presenter for a news media outlet called Houdou Kyoku, part of Fuji Television Network. Their website is http://www.houdoukyoku.jp/pc/. In her duties with this show, she recently went to the Great Ocean Pier for a story. She toured a Canadian naval ship, the Buffalo. She met the commanding officer, shook hands with him, and got to sit in the commanding officer’s seat.

She also has a blog, available at http://ameblo.jp/hikachu-0628/. It is a ‘Powered by Ameba’ blog, which indicates that she has a contract with a management agency. In other words, it is better to have a ‘Powered by Ameba’ blog than just an ordinary Ameba blog. She is signed with ims-entertainment as a talent and a model http://ims-entertain...l/hikaru-koyama . Hikaru has really blossomed into an impressive beauty. Don’t get me wrong, because I like me some Asuka Hinoi, but I actually think that Hikaru looks better than Asuka now. This is funny because during the active period of Hinoi Team, Asuka got most of the attention. According to one person who followed them quite a bit (Santa-san), Hikaru had the fewest fans out of all four members of Hinoi Team. Hikaru is not doing as well on Twitter, though. Here are the numbers of followers each person has: Asuka (@hinoi_asuka) – 4,881, Rina (a.k.a. Rinana, @rina_yumejyo) – 3,822, and Hikaru - 691.

Hikaru is on Twitter, too, @hikachu_kym . I have sent her a few tweets, and she has responded to me a few times as well. I am going to try to get her to follow me. (Two other Hinoi Team members are currently following me, Asuka Hinoi and Rina Takenaka.) Finally, I’d like to mention Hikaru’s YouTube channel, HikaTube, https://www.youtube....JsROwz1gqkaAuKQ. She uploaded a series of videos about 9 months ago (~April, 2015). The videos consist of her showing a drawing that she made, and then playing a video game. The video game part is in split screen, so you can see her face and see what is going on in the video game. These videos have few views, however, like in the low hundreds for each one.

I am a big supporter of Hikaru Koyama. I wish her the best of luck in her career, and I hope she keeps putting out content for me and her other fans to enjoy!

She was the least popular? I figured she was the other star of the group because only Asuka and her got to sing :o
I am repeating what I read in forums online (if I remember correctly). There was this guy, Santa-san, who was from Spain. He lived in Japan when Hinoi Team was active. He used to go to their live events. He said that Asuka was the most popular among the fans. There would be a crowd of ~25 guys gathered around her after the shows. There would be ~10 around Keika and 4 - 6 around Rina. He said almost nobody (let's say 0 - 2 guys) would be around Hikaru. Santa-san actually liked Hikaru. One day, Hinoi Team was doing a handshake event, and Santa-san had a nice gift and he gave it to Hikaru. The other girls acted surprised and jealous. You could treat this like a myth or a fantasy, but like I said, it seems like that is what I read.

If it's true, I think Santa-san should've handled it a bit better and gotten all 4 of them nice gifts to avoid an anime war-like confortation. I know it's expensive to buy everyone gifts but it avoids disappointment. If I attended one of their events, I would've gotten all of them gifts so that it wouldn't be an awkward social war zone.
