Tsunku confirmed today that 14-year-old Jang Dayun is the winner of the Korean Hello!Project audition "Meet Tokyo Girl", which was also chronicled on a weekly TV show. Tsunku himself appeared on stage at the Berryz Koubou concert in Korea to deliver the news. You can watch a 24-minute clip of the concert streaming right here.
There's no word on what exactly she'll be doing in Japan, or what group she'll join, if any. Tsunku noted on his blog that while Jang Dayun was definitely his top choice, there were other auditioners he was interested in bringing to Japan as well.
