I keep thinking, "It's ok, don't worry"... Closing my eyes also helps to calm down.

I keep thinking, "It's natural to be nervous"!! Surprisingly, that helps me to relax ☆

"Being nervous is part of it all, Reina!!" I say that forcefully to myself! (●>ω<●) I think that's my ritual.

"Hii hii fuuu" I make myself calm down using this. (I didn't know that was part of the Lamaze Technique!)

When I'm backstage at concerts, I'll scream out loud! Other times, I'll write "hito" (人) on my palm and gulp it three times, or pat my chest!! But the best method is to scream! (^^)☆

I'll yell, "Aaaaaaaaaaah!" at the top of my lungs! And then I'll quietly say, "You can do it! You can do it! You can do it! Let's do it, Junjun!!"
