People are forgetting that she's Asian. Asians have smaller frames compared to western folks.
I am Asian and she looks normal to me. That's the typical built of the girls I see around me. Some are even thinner than her and they're still healthy. |

@Oikaze Still, you don't know if she's not healthy and if gaining weight will improve her health or not. You can't tell from a picture. Ninety9nights has point. Half the girls in my family are that petite and they're all pretty healthy.
@Chimai: Not all smokers are thinner because they smoke, but nearly all smokers gain weight after they quit. Quitting slows your metabolism and makes you want to eat more. Most of the time anyway :) |

^ True... sorry about my overreaction. It comes from the context of American culture, which first demands that our female celebrities be thin and then goes into melodramatic speculation about their alleged eating disorders. I don't buy into the former but I may fall prey to the latter on occasion. |

^ If you want to see some more pounds on her for aesthetic purposes then of course you're free to think that, if that's what you like. I just think it's lame to use the 'healthy' excuse XD For instance, Yossi has been very skinny since 2007 and she's still with us (thankfully) running marathons and doing gigs... From that you can at least assume she's healthy. Besides, I see those 'omg she's so skinny EWWW' comments here all the time and half those people don't even realize it's the same as 'omg she looks so fat LOSE WEIGHT EWWW' But that would somehow be inappropriate and rude >.> |
