If she even wrote that - I think she means being true to herself, it has nothing to do with plastic surgery. And how is this any different than the H!P photobooks? At least here she's of age and there's no creepy pedo vibe to it.
Any different? You can tell she's trying to give off that sexual vibe, but it's just making her look less sexy and more skanky. From most H!P PB's I've seen, they don't usually take these kinda pictures.
