It's just an after party event that Miki attended in Tokyo. The party is for the opening of a boutique and Paris is there because she does advertising for the line of jewelry that is sold there.
Well, Paris is pretty tall as it is and Miki is petite so that just makes Paris look even bigger sitting next to Miki.
