i guessed popularity is a factor too the reason why she doesnt have a PB. and ofcourse the idea of the girl not really comfortable of having one too. ..
management's plan on pushing their talents into projects that propels them into involving for more exposure and developing further related skills. or she just need more bewbs...
her PB will come in time when its the right time

She's the same lady that keeps giving Sugaya all those dresses designed to make her look fat and who keeps giving Miyabi lion's mane hairstyles. What the hell's her problem, anyway?

^ It is a little strange, but I think that's the result of those rumours about her not wanting to wear swimsuits and rumours about her small popularity. Also people's perception of beauty is in her case much more diverging than in Chisato's case.

That I really wonder is why in Berryz group PB they're not wearing swimsuit.
Because at the same perioud, C-ute members wear swimsuit.
And I know that in fact, Berryz members wore swimsuit in alohalo.
But They just didn't show it. This can make people's curiousity, I think.

She could just be self-conscious.
It kind of reminds me of Junjun. She wears long dresses/skirts a lot when the others are wearing miniskirts and dresses than can be barley called dresses!
It's not always about their popularity. For example, Chisa has a reasonable amount of fans as do JunLin and they don't have a PB. It could be their choice or perhaps for some reason management doesn't want them to.
