At the moment, right this second, it's Morning Musume (Kimagure Princess) but it alternates with Beginner by AKB48 so pretty much those two for the past... I don't know... a long time... 

About Fuyuka. She DID pass S/mileage and DID get in. She only left due to illness. She came back to Kenshuusei and mysteriously disappears. Why would she leave unless she was sick again? Unless, maybe, she wanted to rejoin and/or was offered to rejoin S/mileage again? Her absence could be because she wanted to get high school exams out of the way so she took a break. And maybe, behind the scenes, she was secretly rejoining S/mileage? Unless for some reason she was too sick to be a singer or changed her mind, it would be really mean not to let her into S/mileage if she wanted it. She did pass the auditions after all! Maybe her time in Kenshuusei was to see if she could do it after being sick, you know, make sure she could keep up. Maybe when there's the Spring concerts or on the release date of the single or something they might announce her as a surprise addition. As for Rise, that was odd as well. No evidence but look at how fast Tomoko got into a group? Could it be that potential was seen in Rise and since they were planning on adding Fuyuka anyways they decided to do the same with Rise? Also, on Japanese wikipedia, the kenshuusei page was last updated in early Feb. 2013 and included as current members of Kenshuusei Fuyuka, Rise, AND Mogi Minami. They went through all the trouble to add the six new kenshuusei (Maria, Reina, Tomoko, Sakurako, Kaede, and Yumeno), would it be really that hard to change the status of the other three? Kanae was not listed as current so someone edited it to move her to previous. Weird. Though it does seem unlikely that Mogi would be still there if Fuyuka and Rise's profiles are listed on the sites above without Minami and we really don't know completely about them, still kind of odd. If anything, there's the biggest chance that Fuyuka is still around, then Rise, and finally Minami. Don't the Japanese fan club members get more info than overseas fans as well? Like when a Kenshuusei leaves? We seem to find out later, a lot of times through speculation. I'm NOT saying ANY of the three are around still but I don't know.

1st Gen: SNH48
Listed in Chinese (I put the space between the characters representing the surname and given name) with English (Pinyin) transliteration. Surname first, given name second in both cases. I'd add pictures but I don't want to copyright infringe. However, there is a slideshow on the SNH48 official site (www.snh48.com) that shows each girl with her name underneath (in Chinese). No other info is given (yet). But you get an idea. Also go to shanghai48.tumblr.com for more pictures. However, the pinyin does NOT appear to be correct on that site for all the members! I and someone from Stage48 did the transliterations apart from each other and came out with the same English transliterations seen below. It was tedious I tell you but fun!

I am warming up to this whole thing. My biggest concern this morning when I saw this for the first time (and rumors were flying), was that the girls didn't have any say at all. Especially seeing Sae listed! I was baffled as to why she would be in China after so much success in Japan! Finding out that the international transfers were up to the four girls made me feel better and Sae obviously has something up her sleeve. I was also worried about the inter-48 group double team thing. But they will be on a rotary system. So no problem there. Still don't really see the point of that but oh well. When I thought all those girls were graduating, I was like "huh? WHY?!" But, that was only a stupid rumor. No one's announced a graduation. And I was worried about the Team 4 members. Had Akimoto just thrown them out? I hadn't thought of changing the amount of team members so I was again baffled. But, they were put on a letter team. So in the end, I think it is fine and will get used to it. Of course, I don't know the girls well so maybe that was a good thing and I can learn them on their new teams. I also noticed that Team A has only 22 members. Of course that is Atsuko Maeda's team so maybe they will announce a 23 member after she officially graduates. It would be just weird to replace her now. Kind of wrong if you ask me. It would be like they are shoving her out the door. So who knows? I'm partial to Rina Hirata. She seems, from what I've seen and heard, to be interesting and a good choice. From what I heard she was good in DC. Next would be Erena Saeed-Yokota or Yukari Sasaki. Those are the three that stand out. But, there may be no 23rd member on Team A after Maeda graduates. My opinion of Akimoto Yasushi has also changed a bit. I still think he's a nut but not quite as nutty as I thought. But he may do something tomorrow that changes my mind again! If there are any more changes, I hope it's one of these three: SKE Teams get filled out to at least 16 each using SKE KKS; NMB Team BII announced (I mean come on, HOW many KKS do they have?); 2nd Gen HKT are announced (and maybe filling the empty spots on Team H or even announcing a HKT single?). By the way, is Aika Oota on Team H?

So they are dragging this out another day? I feel bad for the girls because even though it's only one more day, it's still torture for them not knowing. As I said on Stage48, this could be because they had tough decisions and couldn't make them today. Maybe they are thinking about Team 8 and who to leave as KKS. Maybe some girls were so close they couldn't decide whether to cut them or not. Still, they are dragging this out for them. I hope it's a good reason. I don't know much about management of AKB to judge (I'm still new); they may have a VERY good reason.
