Just a nice guy. Got into Anime back in 1991. Prefered single vol. stories rather then a series due to unreliable retailers. The market was young and they didn't know what was profitable at the time. I collected til 1997, lost interest due a move by the industry to series only and X rated material.
From such media including T.V. plus the internet I grew to respect and admire the Japanese culture, it's people, but it was always a passive one.
Last year having played World of Warcraft with my brother talked me into listening to Japan-A-Radio ( a internet radio station privately own and operated ) instead of the in game music. I found myself alt-tab'ing over and taken note of who was playing. Out of curiosity I went to YouTube searched under J-pop videos. Found Morning Musume and got hooked ever since. Continued to see what was available and also became a fan of Utaban as well. Thanks to such channels users as Ghoulie, JediMastertrunks and Giveitbacknow allowed me to get to know MM well enough to not only become a fan, but also want to support them. iTunes helped me get the songs I liked , but knew the proceeds from such are a joke. Sometime this year after getting my life back in order I'd like to start collecting the graduation concerts.
I love all of MM, but like any other fan we all have our favorite generation and member in which explains the picture I choose. I love her personality and short comings, 5th generation member Ogawa Makoto.
