It's not really a "shortened" version since the ends ん and へん are used instead of ない because of the nature of the dialect
So what you listed would end up like: 読まへん / 読まん and 飲まへん / 飲まん and 食べへん / 食べん

Neko-ちゃん°: what you have works and if you wanted to add -san it would come after the name Sugaya
