So, I have this problem where I always get a double quote whenever I quote someone's post. It's very irritating because then I have to delete one of the quote.

Is anyone here having the same problem with me when they are quoting someone? If yes, can anyone tell me the way to fix this?

It's only happening in H!O and not other forums with similar template.

And a couple that are just so-so such as Why Don't You Play In Hell, Coldfish and The Virgin Psychics.
