As a lot of people have said, I can't say it was a surprise as such. It's definitely upsetting though. The only single I've disliked in the 6 years that I've followed them is Be Genki. Personally, I've always felt like there was a bit of an identity crisis within their image. They're very different characters, and I think it comes across that -whoever it is that handles their image -  struggled to create a consistent unified concept from that. They've tackled a lot of genres and whilst it comes across that they're versatile, I don't think it gives a lasting impression of who they are as a group. 

Saying that, I truly do love Berryz, but it's been painful to see how they've been promoted (or haven't in some cases) over the past few years. Their 6th album was incredibly strong, IMO, and whilst there were a few gems on their 7th, I really felt their albums fell flat from then on. Even with better promotion this may have always been the outcome, but it's a shame that this has been a year coming, and that the girls have felt that way for so long. I will truly miss them and wish them the best in whatever they pursue.

The second cover is lovely! I really like the styling.
