Obviously all the blogs have "communities" as well. Serend isn't anything new, after C-ute has had them for so long now, it's just their seperate page, everyone has both, it's just like a profile page for the blogs. Considering how Serend is a blog site and all I'm wondering why you thought they would only have a community page even if I did link to those pages for the first 10 seconds of my post.

The C-ute FIVE STARS radio show is airing right now, and they just debuted the new single, Aitai Lonely Christmas, it's actually pretty upbeat and there are a lot of Mai lines, so happy~ She even has the opening lines
