Hi, I've been trying to figure out how to use the RSS feed, but the link I found - http://www.hello-onl...2-helloproject/ is coming back as not valid when I try to subscribe. Is there a different link I should use?

I'm using Thunderbird, if that's useful!

[Fanfiction] Four's a crowd!

26 July 2008 - 09:22 PM

Hey, guys! =D I hope it's not too much trouble me posting my fanfiction here. I wanted to have a go at doing it seeing as everyone else seems to be doing it. :P I don't mean to steal away attention though... although if you wouldn't mind, please comment!

This is set after Cinderella the musical is over. It's going to be a love square. 8D The centre character will be Mitsui Aika. I know it might seem a bit unlikely for like, loads of Momusu members to be interested in girls but whatever, use those nice imaginations you all have. >D It also will include what I think is a more realistic view of the group - with currently nine teenage girls, I reckon it's more of a very small class of school girls, rather than a best-friend kinda group. If you know what I mean. So basically it's going to have drama.

Like I said, please comment! I want to continue this (it's not exactly much so far XD) if you think it's good enough...

When Aika had been auditioning for Morning Musume, she had been positive that it would be all-work and no-play. It wasn't a bad thing though, her sister was always saying that she needed to get out and have some good experiences. It would make her stronger for adult life, she said.

And it certainly lived up to her preconceptions. It was very hard work. After the musical was over, they were all glad to have it off their workload, although it had been lots of fun. But Aika barely had enough time for school. She had to wonder if her classmates knew how hard she was working, whilst they were lounging around at home, or going out with friends! All they saw was the outside image. Although that probably wasn't fair to say. She would never want to go back to her old life.

But it was times like these that proved it wasn't all-work and no-play. There was a tiny bit of play involved. Besides all the goofing around everyone did between photoshoots and recording, of course. Since Ai was graduating in the spring, there were a lot of new photoshoots and things they had to go to. The public didn't know about her impending graduation though, as far as Aika knew anyway, so it seemed like Tsunku was 'squeezing the last of her out'. It sounded like a selfish thing to do, but Aika knew it was just marketing.

So that was why they were here now in an empty part of the building. The latest photoshoot had been cancelled. It seemed that they were being put in a huge amount of photoshoots, so naturally the proportion of cancelled ones - for whatever reason, Aika didn't know or really care, it meant some fun after all! - rose.

"Wait, guys!" Aika called out, holding her side again. Curse this stupid cramp.
"You should keep up!" Reina called back, the only one to speak. Aika saw Eri pass her a grin, but Aika decided not to take it to heart. She did feel a little lonely, though. Being the newest member and all, it had taken her a great deal of time to try and fit into the group; and now she felt this way more than ever, since Junjun and Linlin were in China again at a Chinese fan event. Everyone had already been there for so long. Even though some of the others disliked Koharu, and didn't keep it a secret, the optimistic girl seemed not to notice anyway. Oblivious as usual. Aika tried to stifle a grin, not wanting to be distracted from breathing iiiin and ooout like she had been taught, to get rid of her cramp. She liked running, but she must not have digested her breakfast or something... ew...
"Where are we going, anyway?" she muttered nonchalantly, slowing her pace a little, finding herself unable to be bothered any longer. This building was so massive! And so empty, too. They probably always kept a portion that way whenever Morning Musume came, Aika thought with a grin. They couldn't keep still for long, especially when their photoshoot was cancelled and they were bored. That was the excuse Ai had given, anyway.

She was given the opportunity to catch her breath though, because everyone suddenly stopped and turned around.

"Games!" Risa said, her face lighting up.
"Oh, no..." Aika mumbled, although she grinned devilishly. She had no idea they were so crafty.
"Games?" Koharu questioned. "I love games! Which one?"
"We're gonna decide that now," Ai said, in her best 'leader' voice. Koharu shut up and they all listened hard. They hadn't been dressed for their photoshoot, so they were all wearing pretty casual clothing - as usual, Reina, Sayumi and Eri were wearing pretty trendy clothing. Koharu was wearing unfortunately garish stuff, but as always managed to pull it off, and Risa was just wearing her normal 'I like to blend in' outfit. But as always, Ai looked the best. Better than Aika by far - she had absolutely no fashion sense - and better than anyone else. As the oldest member, she seemed to have grown the most beautifully so far. Aika could definitely believe that she was about to have her own acting career. Perhaps that was one of the reasons everyone paid her so much attention and respect.
"Are you listening. Mittsiiii?" Ai teased - although still forcefully - staring in my direction with an eyebrow raised.
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Good. Okay. How about-"
"Hide and seek!" Koharu blurted energetically. "I love that game." Ai stared at her in stifled shock, while I - and Eri - managed to stop ourselves from laughing. Only oblivious Koharu could interrupt our leader in such a way! Everyone else just blinked.
"This place would be great for hiding places,"Risa put in kindly.
"Actually, yeah," Reina said, looking at Ai keenly to gauge her response. Aika rolled her eyes. That brat would only agree with Koharu if somebody else - namely out future leader! - agreed first. Aika shot Risa a smile, grateful for Koharu's sake, although the girl in question seemed to have completely missed any of this. Good job I'm here to be so observant!
"Okay, okay," Ai said. "Although really guys, it's such an immature game."
"Yeah, yeah, you need to become mature now you're leaving for your own career," Sayumi said eagerly.
"Who's counting?" Aika said restlessly. Her cramp was gone and now she felt fit as a fiddle! This was going to be brilliant.
"Me! I will!" Reina said immediately, raising her fist to emphasise this announcement. Aika nodded impatiently, getting to her feet. Risa followed my movement, then Ai and the others until we were all standing.

"One!"
"No fair, I'm not ready!" Eri moaned, pretending to be slow at getting up.
"Two!"
"Never mind, I'm done," she added, racing away quick as a squirrel. There was an outburst, cries of mingled outrage and laughter, and everyone sped off for the beginning of what promised to be another Momusu adventure... Oh boy...
