Things from other sites I don't mind, but the ones from here are from Morning Planet, so at the very least I would want to ask him(her).

I don't Know how to rip DVDs so they mostly come from here and other source on the net. Basically I would be putting up somebody Else's work.

Yes I do have the rips you want, but they're not mine so I'm not sure if its OK to just up them on the tracker.
