Although I hope it doesn't happen, if Tsunku had to step down, I would be ok with Takui being his "successor" as the main guy making songs, producing singles/shows etc. Tsunku has spoken highly of him before, and seems to like the guy. Besides, Takui's style isn't really that different from Tsunku's, so I believe it would be a smooth transition. 

And if the new unit, Anjurumu and Country Girls stay out of Tsunku's influence permanently, then I would like whoever's in charge to choose a fixed producer/composer/lyricist for each group. I don't like when groups have different people working in each song/single/album. With one person (or a fixed team) there can be more of a "musical identity" associated with the group.

But really, I hope Tsunku gets better and comes back at full force. H!P just isn't the same without this weird man.
