Here's an update, in case anyone cares:

I said I'd rather have the day show tickets than a refund, because the entire point of this trip is to go see this concert anyway. The seller is giving them to us for 6000円 each, so he's not profiting as far as those tickets are concerned. We're getting a pretty good refund back, 24,000円 split between us two (so 12,000円, or about $140 USD for me). Not sure what the seats are for 14:30, but if they're non-FC I'm definitely going to wreak havoc.

Might hang around the venue later just to pathetically listen in on the graduation concert from outside. It'll be on DVD eventually, though... so maybe I'll just dedicate that night to drunken karaoke or delicious shopping time. Or like krotch said, get some hookers and/or blow. ;p

So that's that. I'll be in Japan soon enough so I can get my mind off this issue with all the distractions there.

One more week to go!

^^ I'd much rather have the 14:30 tickets than nothing at all, though... I definitely have no hope of going to the last show, I don't want to pay that much. ticket.co.jp offered a refund when the guy sent his screw-up email, but I can't do much with a refund.
My friend told the seller I'm coming all the way from America for the concert, so to be told three months after purchasing my tickets that the seller "made a mistake" makes me want to stab him in the face. We're hoping whatever penalty fee he pays is generous, since I'm sure he made a killing off the 18:00 tickets.

Actually, I lucked out and bought the tickets three days before the whole Koharu announcement went down, so they weren't even terribly expensive. And yes, I made absolute sure it was the 12/6 show at 18:00. Tickets through ticket.co.jp are absolutely guaranteed. I thought the guy would honor it anyway, despite the fact that he could've made heaps more (I originally paid 18,000円 each, bought two for 36,000円)... but I guess not. I just spent three months waiting in anticipation, only for this scumbag to pull the rug out from under me.

I figured him offering to pay some sort of "penalty fee" along with saying he "mistakenly" bought 14:30 tickets is his way of making sure I don't find him through the ticket.co.jp service and get him banned/get all my money back/find him and rip his balls off/etc. Really now, you only found out three months later that you got 14:30 tickets? Yeah right you did.

I'm scouring the site to see how I would go about contacting them for some kind of ticket listing fraud.

We'll see what happens.

I'm saying that I think the FC member scammed us. My friend has no reason to scam me- I had to ask her to buy the tickets since I don't have a Japanese bank account.

Currently looking into getting compensated if the seller tries to give me the day show tickets. =\

[EDIT]
How does one go about buying ghetto crap conbini tickets again? I figure it's a long shot at this point with the show so soon, but I might as well try to get garbage second floor tickets.

SON OF A BITCH.

My friend who bought my tickets for me got word from the FC member we went through to buy tickets...

F@#$ING HELL. the douchebag I bought your tickets from just emailed me to tell me they got it wrong, the tickets are for the 2:30 show

T_T I was SO looking forward to this, so if I end up unable to go to the graduation concert I'm going to be super sad.

I'm also convinced he's probably lying so that he was able to sell the night tickets for a much better price (I bought them 3 days before Koharu's graduation was announced).
