LOL, I posted that and kind of wondered what Reina fans would have to say since I hadn't heard anything about this stuff until now... sorry to barge in on your thread. The source is actually J-CAST and was reposted through livedoor, by the way, if that makes any difference.

Does Reina's blog get translated anywhere? If you check the dates on her blog against the article, you can find the posts they took the quotes from, so I think there's a legitimate reason for concern on the part of her fans -- the only people calling her a drug addict or w/e are people who either don't understand or just want to make drama. I really didn't know about her trouble sleeping and such until now, so I was just wondering, hopefully she's okay.

I feel weird suddenly showing up, since I haven't posted anywhere on H!O in forever, but I thought I'd claim the translation as mine. It made me really happy to see Ume getting an article all to herself; she looks beautiful. ♥

The article didn't exactly call her "℃-ute's Erika" -- the 「元」 placed before it kind of makes it like "ex-℃-ute" -- but they definitely placed the emphasis there since most people wouldn't recognize her otherwise. I don't think her modeling agency really sees too much harm in keeping her connected to the group in that way. *shrug*

For the other 2 Buono girls, I'm thinking that the Black and Pink dresses from Buono!2 would be awesome, but the Renai Rider costumes would work well too! That jacket though... I might have to censor some of the embroidery.

Love the Buono! 2 dresses and the Renai Rider costumes, but since MelonMasae is already working on the latter, it'd probably be better to go with that one. If I can't manage that, I think I'll probably be doing Rottara Rottara since it's so simple. Even if we're a mismatched Buono, it'll still be cute. :D;;

I adore Mirei! I didn't know she was still keeping active. From what I heard after her graduation, her parents had more or less pushed her into auditioning for H!P — she wanted to do more serious dancing and performing, but I guess they were thinking that it could lead to something better in the future (which it never really did). Looks like she's pursuing a style she's more interested in these days. Good for her~

As far as her scandals go, I've generally always been on her side. H!P needs more girls that aren't afraid to speak their minds; I think Mikitty would certainly be proud. :P The wota thing made me furious, but I'll refrain from getting worked up about it here and instead hope that Mirei feels more secure where she is now.

... And I have to say, I LOL'd at her mentioning Ray J as one of her favorite celebrities.

EDIT: For those who haven't heard it, you can stream the first 45 seconds of her Girls Bonodori solo track here. She sounds great! I think I'll be ordering this when I have the chance. :D
