The Incredible He-Hulk's H!P Shoppe

29 November 2009 - 09:57 PM

I'll be adding a dump truck full of H!P Merchandise to this page over the coming days. I simply have too much stuff, and I don't even look at most of it. So, I figured why not sell some of it to H!P fans who will actually get use out of and treasure these things. Mostly what I'll be selling are concert t-shirts sets, concert DVD's and occasionally a few other odd or rare items.

Basic Information:
- Paypal is how I'd prefer to be paid. I'll take money orders and things like that, if you can't pay any other way, but remember: I won't mail you your item until the money is in my hands, so if you pay by money order you'll have to wait for me to recieve it and cash it.
- I will ship anywhere in the world, no problem. You will have to pay for all shipping and handling fees. I live in the United States.
- If you have a question about an item, please PM me, don't clog up my thread. I will answer your question directly and possibly post the answer in the thread, as well, if I think the answer will be of interest to other people.
- Items are new/unused unless I state otherwise.
Depending on when the item is from, it may no longer have the plastic baggie H!P items usually come in because I may have thrown the bag away. That doesn't mean the items are used. Again, all items are new/unused unless I state otherwise.

Just in time for Christmas, the first item for sale is a very special one...

The Kusumi Koharu Autographed Balalaika Poster:
Price - I've been offered 10,000 yen for the poster. If anyone wishes to offer more, please pm me.
Status - For Sale

This poster is 100% authentic. It was personally signed by Kusumi Koharu and obtained at an Official H!P Event.

I won this poster in a raffle at a show during the 2007 Winter Wonderful Hearts tour. At certain H!P tour events, they will occasionally hold prize raffles. You buy entries for these raffles by buying copies of whatever new single(s) they are selling during the tour. I was lucky enough to win a raffle at this show, and this bad boy was my prize.

This poster has only ever been owned by me. It was passed directly to me by a white-glove clad H!P staff member and was safely wrapped in bubble wrap and tucked away in a poster tube ever since. The poster has only ever been handled then and again recently when I took pictures of it to sell. I wore rubber gloves when I handled it just to make sure I didn't get any oils or dirt on it.

As you can see, the poster is immaculate. Koharu really took care to make her autograph vivid and clear on the poster. There are no smudges, or blots. She took her time and she nailed it.

Beyond the autograph, the poster has no cracks or creases, it is beautiful and pristine. The corners are also beautiful. The colors are vivd and fresh looking. The poster is right off the presses pretty.

The Balalaika costume is one of the cutest in H!P history, and I don't have to tell you Koharu is one of H!P's cutest idols, as well. This poster is definetly suitable for framing. You'll be the envy of your entire wota posse with this autographed bad boy framed on your wall.

Now is your chance to own this one-of-a-kind item. You know how rare it is for any of the girls (especially the Musumes) to sign anything, let alone a PV poster. Don't miss your chance to own something that Kusumi Koharu has carefully, lovingly touched, handled and signed her name to.

* Note: She has since changed the way she signs things, so if you see newer autographs of hers that are slightly different, don't worry; This is how she was signing her name late 2006/early 2007.

Size: Standard Japanese B2. 20" x 28.5" (52 x 73.5 cm)

If you have any questions about the poster, please inquire. You can do so via pm and I'll answer it here in this thread.

I'm hesitant to sell my poster, just like I am with all my H!P stuff, even if I don't use it. And, so I'm unsure of how much I want for it. Because of that I'm not going to post a price, and will just except offers. So, if you want to own this poster, just pm me what you are willing to pay for it. Please don't waste my time with silly bids. If no one offers me anything reasonable, I'll just move it to Ebay. I know I can get a lot for it there, especially with Koharu graduating soon.

I'll be posting more goods over the next several days, so stay tuned. <3

The Sudou Maasa First Annual Great and Powerful Sudou Maasa Photobook Giveaway Contest...

07 March 2009 - 07:02 AM

Welcome to the final unveiling.

Today is the culmination of nearly two months of planning, preparation, answering dozens of questions via PM, and vote counting...

A quick word about the final voting rules: In the first round, I decided to simply not vote at all, and let your votes all stand alone as to who the top 50 was. In the final round, the voting was so spread across all the entries, that it became apparent that if I had my vote count for 10% of the total, like I originally planned, I would basically be picking the winners, myself. Well, that didn’t sound like any fun to me. So, I simply had my vote count the exact same as any other vote I received from any other H!O member. Thus, all the winners you see below were truly selected by the community at H!O. Democracy in action! XD

And now, the final standings…

- The Grand Prize Winner (Grand Prize recipient)

Entry #34: 96 points

bHieMa Alchemist
When I saw this alchemic entry, I thought it would do very well, but I simply had no idea you could turn colored pencils into gold...
This entry received nearly 3 times more points than any other entry. That's pretty darn impressive.

- First Runner-up (Photobook Recipient)

Entry #27: 39 points

Sabaku_no_Leti
All of Sabaku’s entries showed a style and cleverness that would make even a He-Hulk proud, and it’s easy to see why this entry was such a tough customer for the title of World Warrior, or H!P Warrior, anyway. MAAAAASA KOMBAT!!!

- Second Runner-up (Photobook Recipient)

Entry #17: 23 points

Simple and elegant. Don’t ever let anyone tell you that a new flavor Maasa would help improve sales; true fans will always demand Maasa Classic.

- Tied for Second Runner-up (No Photobook)

Entry #25: 23 points

Sabaku_no_Leti
Sabaku gets his second top 5 finisher (but, no second photobook!) with an entry that I have a particular soft-spot for, as Gatas has always been my favorite thing about H!P. While some may argue Gatas has prettier goalies, those people don’t understand how attractive strength and confidence really are. :D

- Fourth Runner-up (No Photobook)

Entry #23: 22 points

Sabaku_no_Leti
A third top 5 finisher, Sabaku?! (but, still no second photobook! :lol)
Clever, and slightly off-beat, this entry straddles the line between comedy and cautionary tale. Maasa wants you to buy her photobook. Maasa gets what Maasa wants.

- Fifth Runner-up (Photobook Recipient)

Entry #28: 19 points

This entry proves that true beauty doesn’t need a sideshow. Present Maasa to the masses in a pleasing, elegant, and capable way and you’ll go far.

- Tied for Fifth Runner-up (Photobook Recipient)

Entry #12: 19 points

I was surprised more moving GIF images didn’t place higher in this contest, but you guys apparently aren’t all that impressed by such parlor tricks. This entry, however, combines technical know-how with finesse and tact, and clearly won some people’s hearts.

- Seventh Runner-up (Debinded Photobook Recipient – if you want it :D)

Entry #49: 18 points

The booby-prize goes to an entry that is no booby, and is one of my personal favorites. The various close-ups create a time line for the viewer; watching Maasa go from triumph, to adulation, then to determination, and finally back to triumph. For Maasa there is never adversity or defeat; this entry captures that quite well.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A few final thoughts...

The grand prize winner is bHieMa Alchemist and we should all congratulate him/her on a stunning entry, but don’t forget to pay special tribute to Sabaku_no_Leti who managed to get three entries into the top five; truly an amazing accomplishment. A shout out to all the other winners, as well, emerging with a photobook at the end of this marks you as a true champion.

Finally, I would like to congratulate everyone who took the time to make a signature and entered the contest. This wouldn’t have been any fun if people didn’t enter, but so many people did, and that makes me smile. The fact that so many people had fun has made this well worth the personal expense of both time and money.

So, thank you. :)

I’ll contact everyone who is receiving a prize by private message requesting the address you’d like your prize mailed to.
Also, I’m going to be uploading all the signatures to the tracker in a batch torrent. Each signature is named based on the person who made it, so everyone will know who made what. If you do not wish your signatures to be put into the torrent simply contact me and I will remove them. If you have any other specific request regarding your signatures, please contact me and I will honor it, whatever it may be. However, be quick, as I will be uploading the torrent in the next few days.

Finally, remember that this contest was called "The Sudou Maasa First Annual Great and Powerful Sudou Maasa Photobook Giveaway Contest" for a reason. If, you, the people, demand it, I could possibly be convinced to run a second annual contest on the occasion of Maasa’s next Photobook release…

Happy Easter! And, don't be afraid to wave when you see me around the forums. :D
