Messing around in Photoshop has just become a habit... so I finally thought I'd share the things I make in here (and cause imaretard suggested it x_x). So, here are some icons and signatures just made recently.

Man, can't believe I'm posting this story... it's weird so I'm not sure anyone would enjoy it. Guess it's better to put it out here than letting it sit around in my documents. I have about 20 chapters completed already, but I won't post them all at once just in case I get stuck somewhere and need something to fill time. Without further ado, here are the first two sections of "Plague."

Noon
Quarreling voices of nurses in the hallway woke Risa from her slumber. With one eye she glanced to her right at the figure resting on the reclining hospital couch. Ever since she had been confined Ai never left her bedside. The sleeping face was angelic. She looked up at the television hanging from the wall. The scrolling subtitles showed that muted reporters were frantically discussing a new epidemic. Still with one eye Risa switched her gaze to the window above the couch. Outside it was rather bright. The leaves of the treetops fluttered gently in the wind and there were no clouds in sight. She changed her stare again to the sink in the left corner of the room. Earlier she had asked to have the mirror there removed, but no one had taken it yet. The mirror in her bathroom was covered with a pillow case. She refused to look at her own reflection ever since the incident. She believed herself to be hideous now. She could feel the cloth wrapped around her head and the right side of her face, she didn’t need to see it anywhere. While she felt a little anger inside for what had eventually become of her, her emotions were more overcome with sorrow and worry. She kept asking herself repeatedly, “What’s going to happen to Kame?”
Incident 1.0
The weather outside was particularly gloomy: the clouds were conforming overhead and the sun was hidden behind them; the breeze was chilling and it smelled like rain. Sayu had taken a trip to Eri’s house after chatting on the phone and deciding that they would go out for some shopping. In the middle of their planning Eri had suddenly freaked out and ran off. After an hour of searching, Sayu finally found her odd friend curled up and shielding her face from the sun underneath the front porch of the house.
“Eri why are you in there?! Come out! That’s a strange hiding spot even for you,” she joked. However her jest quickly turned to worry when Eri failed to answer any of her coaxing. She looked terrified in the dark, and unaware of the filth now clinging to her hair and clothes. Her breathing was quick and frantic as if she were a hare just able to escape the chase of a wolf. When all efforts to remove Eri from her spot proved futile, Sayu turned to the help of others through her phone. Soon Reina, Risa, and Ai joined her in the retrieval of the girl in hiding. Risa had the guts enough to get down in the dirt. She crawled underneath the porch, reached out her hand, and rested it on Eri’s arm.
“Come on Kame, it’s alright out here. We can talk about whatever’s bothering you.”
Something in Eri’s eyes flickered and she flinched. Risa scooted out of her position as Eri finally inched forward a little. By this time the weather had not improved. The sky was a purple color and it was sprinkling. Everyone refused to leave a friend alone in such a disheartening atmosphere. Gradually Eri crawled into the open, right up to Risa. She looked like she was about to cry. Like a young child she threw her arms around the person in front of her for support and a shoulder to cry on, though she didn’t completely come to crying. With her head on Risa’s chest she calmly listened to the heartbeat, steady and quiet. Slowly she brought her head up to face her friend only to lower it down again towards Risa’s neck. Eri took no time to linger before taking a bite.

It only gets stranger... :D
