Melbourne. Specifically Footscray.
Heading to Japan for a month in March. Hoping to catch a concert while there, but no idea how to buy tickets in advance, so we'll see.

My friends and I booked out a karaoke booth in the city last night. It was great fun, and as the night progressed, I decided to go browsing through the Japanese artists on the machine. To my surprise, there was quite a few Morning Musume and Mini Moni songs, as well as a couple of W songs. While I didn't add any of them to the queue, I admonished this news later to a couple of my friends after we'd left the karaoke booth, and that's when they expressed their annoyance and disappointment at the fact that I hadn't done my rendition of Robokiss, and kept rubbing in that disappointment for the rest of the evening.
Take it from me, if you go out to a karaoke booth, and they have a Morning Musume, Mini Moni or W song that you know, DO IT. You'll regret it later if you don't.
I know I'll be doing it next time.

This isn't strictly Kago-related, but potentially important info for consumers of Kago videos. Media-hosting site Veoh.com has filed for bankruptcy and will be shutting down soon. This means all the Kago-related videos hosted on Veoh.com will be gone soon. They have no idea of when it will be, but the fact they're announcing it means it probably isn't far off. If you've got any favourite clips, Morning Musume eps, etc which you believe are only available through Veoh, you should probably download them while you still can.
More info on the bankruptcy here: http://getsatisfacti...e_shutdown_soon
Again, sorry that this is not directly Kago-related, but I'd hate any Kago clips to be lost to the abyss.

Hehe, those were uploaded by me! And a good example of something you might wanna grab before it's gone.In celebration of today, here's a compilation of appearances from the TV show that brought her to my attention in the first place:
Kago Ai - Kochira Hon Ikegami-sho (S2 E1-4) - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4
A lot has changed since then, but it's good to see her back on track. Happy birthday!

so what happened to whoever who was translating Kago Ai's blog?
and has anyone seen her twitter account? does anyone know if its real one? It has a link to her blog and most of the tweets are the first couple lines from that day's blog post then a link to the blog.
Burichu was doing the fantastic job of translating Kago's blogs, but ran out of time to do them anymore as obviously her studies and other commitments took a higher priority. She used to post here a lot with insight into Kago news, but she moved to Japan around mid-August, and sadly hasn't been around since.
I have a feeling the twitter account is fake, as it would likely be linked to from her blogs.
