Since I will be on holiday for three months in an other country in about a week, I have now asked them to ship to an different address, and they agreed, I will ship out the photos from another country, but this will not increase your shipping cost, I will pay the extra myself as for an apology, this is going to be my last HUSA order too.

So please don't try to pass this off as the items not arriving if you've made clear back in April that they did in fact arrive.

Like I've said before, that's because some of your orders are placed at different times, so when I thought one of the order arrives, I thought it would be the ones everyone order, however it turns out some photo sets are on the different order.

I can't help it if they don't ship it out. And I didn't ignore your message, I am just still contacting HUSA for an answer.
