Cotton Cloth

Hello!Everyone

My name is Cotton Cloth, I live in London and I'm a geek.

I work in IT, listen to J-Pop and have a near encyclopaedic knowledge of the works of Joss Whedon.

My interest in Morning Musume and subsequent obsession with with all things Hello!-ish may be safely dated to the day I joined Hello!Online, the 3rd of September, 2006. My interest in Japanese Pop music had been growing and I began to hear more and more of this phenomenon called Morning Musume. A quick Google brought me to Hello!Online where I quickly joined the forum and posted my first thread:

"Where should I start?"

A few kind souls were able to post helpful pointers before the inevitable happened and my thread was deleted. Fortunately the Evil Thread Nazis (or "Moderators", as they like to call themselves) were not able to dampen my enthusiasm entirely and I got busy with all the downloading and the wiki reading and the youtube-ing and wotnot.

So here I am over five years later, a fully indoctrinated fan, with interests having spread to all corners of the Hello! Project universe.

Well, as James Bond once said, never say never. In fact, I think it's fair to say that these days, I'm *far* more interested in C-ute (read: Maimi Yajima) than Morning Musume. And that's just fine.
