BASICS
Thank you for stopping by my shop! :3 I will mostly be listing H!P stuff, though you may see me add other Jpop and random things from time to time. Freebies may also be given from time to time!

I mostly sell, I'm not very good with swapping because I'm so picky.. but if you have anything reeeeally tempting, I might consider it. It has to be pretty much an equal exchange (individual photo for individual photo; photo SET for photo SET(s)). For an idea of what I like, take a look at my request list (page #?).

Sorry, but I do not hold items. EXCEPTION: Since I am out of town until December 2011, I will hold items until I am able I get back home.

PAYMENT
I can accept Paypal only!

Purchases over ¥2,500 do not pay Paypal fees! Below ¥2,500 please pay the Paypal fee (I can calculate it for you, or you can do it yourself.. calculation is Total + 3.9% fee + ¥40), OR send as "Payment Owed" (at your own discretion; choosing this option bypasses Paypal fee but does not allow you to request a refund through Paypal, though you can still contact me directly for a refund).

Speaking of which, all sales are final. You may only request a refund if I have not yet sent out your items. But I try to be very specific about damage or particulars before purchase, so you know what you will be getting. I will also try to package things safely, which will be included with shipping price (but it's not very much, don't worry). You may opt out of extra protection if you would like (specify in your PM), but at the risk of receiving the non-refundable item with damage.

SHIPPING
Located in Los Angeles, USA. Will ship anywhere by any method you want, as long as you will pay for it. Default shipping will be USPS First Class Mail's slowest option, with no tracking or insurance. This is usually the cheapest option, even when you add envelope/box cost (as long as your order is not very large or heavy). Flat-Rate Priority Mail (no insurance or tracking) is faster, envelope/boxes are free, and is ¥450 to ship anywhere in the US no matter how far/heavy/large; if you would like this option please specify in your PM.

If you do not want the slowest option (or prefer a method other than First Class Mail), please specify in your PM. It really increases the price the faster you want it, though. Insurance and tracking comes out to a lot extra with USPS, I would probably just ship FedEx if you want those options.

What is Hello! Party?
You don't know?! It's a party for the fans, by the fans. Unfortunately, international H!P fans are scattered across the world, making it hard for large groups to come together to celebrate and just have fun. But what causes fans to finally be able to gather? H!P themselves, of courese! Where H!P members/groups go, fans follow~

In 2009, Morning Musume coming to Los Angeles provided the perfect opportunity to hold Hello! Party. There were games, performances, prizes, karaoke and dancing and we had a blast! Feel free to check out our YouTube page to see some of the highlights!

This year, Berryz will be coming to Seattle for Sakura-Con and we're freaking excited to have this opportunity to hold a second Hello! Party event!! The games will be different (based on DVD Magazines and Fan Club events that Berryz have participated in), and instead of having the after-hours karaoke we decided to hold a Karaoke Contest where the finalists will perform live at the party! Prizes are to be decided still, but I will post about it when I know. More details on the contest can be found on the website. :3

What do I have to do to attend?
Just show up!! The date/time/location can be found on the website.

Though it does helps us immensely if you register (even if you're not sure you will be attending) so we can know approximately how many people to expect!

How can I help?!
Well, thanks for offering! A lot of people have offered, actually, and while I'm so grateful that people want to lend a hand, we just don't have jobs for everyone! If you have any particular skills to offer, let us know and maybe something will come up! In particular, right now I could use a person (that is either sitting out the games or not attending the party) that's good at coming up with trivia questions. :3 Contact e-mail can be found on the website.

One thing that always helps, however, is spreading the word. Post about it on your other forums & communities, share the link on Twitter, Facebook it.. anything helps! Sakura-Con is a much smaller convention than AX was, so we'll need all the help we can get to make sure the fans that are coming from different places know they're invited.

Due to the earthquake crisis in Japan, we will no longer be accepting donations and urge instead for you guys to put your money to the relief effort. To help with this, we will be accepting donations at the door and donating it to the Japanese Red Cross relief fund.

How can I keep myself updated about the party?
The most reliable source is the the website. We will be trying to keep our various outlets updated (Twitter, Facebook, as well as this post and the one on JPM), but that may not always be possible. However, once the conference starts our updates may come mainly through Twitter, since that is the best way to post on-the-go and also a good way to clarify small details.

Also, any major or particularly important updates will be given through the Newsletter (which you can sign up for by registering), so that's a great way to receive updates personally as opposed to having to check for them. Don't worry, your e-mail isn't used for any other purpose other than the occasional updates about the party from us! And we don't even send those often.

Who is running this?
Just me (iceymoon) and my fiance, Bryan, the two people behind Hello! Ranking! We love Hello! Project and the H!P community so much, being able to make an idea like Hello! Party work is a dream come true. We actually are also a tiny company, Revyver, and our goal is to one day be able to dedicate ALL of our time to helping niche communities like this one find new ways of expanding and continue to be awesome. Hello! Party and Hello! Ranking are just the beginning!
