If you have any members that you follow regularly, you'll often find topics where you'll want to comment. Avoiding spam doesn't have to be anywhere near as extreme as posting only once a year as long as you are on-topic and contributing authentically.

Last year I made a FB Page to ask Hinoi Team to comeback to the stage called "Comeback Hinoi チーム". Hopefully they'll see how much we miss them.
