Not sure of the others, but the man in the middle of the first screencap is Lee Marshall, he was better known as a 'regular' on the TV Asahi music program Ontama (オンタマ) that ran from 2005-2012. He's also the owner of a barbershop in Roppongi called The Room 806, you could probably try reaching out to him through their website.

When I see the new gens blog's header it's like they piled up all the new members and it's like one day Angerme might look like that (ofc unless one graduates first). It'll be so weird not having 2ki/Dawa around, name change and all.

Yeah. They really shot themselves in the foot calling the blog the 'new member blog' and even referencing that in the URL.

It just looks messy now. lol

Her sudden fascination with time travel is pretty interesting. And I wouldn't have ever pegged her as a Doctor Who fan either, but she's always full of surprises.
