So glad the announcement was captured on screen. Love how Yumeno quickly get the girls to start doing the routine and perform to Berryz Koubou's song. And you see the eldest 3 still in disbelief. Love this kind of impromptu prank. And I am so happy to see Captain still introducing herself as Berryz Koubou. I wonder if that was a slip up or she still usually introduce herself like this. Happy for the girls, they totally deserve the hardwork. I would say Tsubaki is the biggest underdog in H!P history who has finally seen the light of the day.

Don't you just love how Captain introduces herself. She is still Berryz Koubou all in all. Seriously, I really wonder how long do we have to wait for the revival of Berryz Koubou. It's such a pity Momoko decided to retire from the entertainment industry. I hope someday she will come out of retirement so Berryz Koubou can reunite.

^Yup. Agree!!

^^CG was made a semi-active group for 2 years odd. The public interest was going to die down on them eventually. With no promotional campaign behind the last album, using the last album/disband gimmick alone is not enough to attract general public to purchase it and only hardcore fans will buy the last album as a commemorative item. So I don't think it's a fair statement to say the decision to disband CG was correct. They have already made the wrong move in the first place.

^That's true. I think it's their characters and how it matches with the name and image of the group. We only have Mao who is literally the "craziest" out of the lot and Risa who appears to the be fiercest due to her RBF. Other than that, their images/looks/overall characters definitely live up to the name of the group.

They are not overly/dramatically cute like Country Girls (I love them to bits) and they don't hold a very in-your-face image like Angerme.

The other groups have too many distinct characters which make the group a little less cohesive in that aspect.

So that's why I can see why Tsubaki Factory could potentially be more well-liked as a group (ie. a single entity) as opposed to people just supporting the group because of certain members they like.

^Actually I am surprised they didn't do that much promotion for this single. Not sure if they want to take things slow because of Kiki's conditions.
