This might be the most unrealistic idea that a person can come up with, but please hear me out.

How about setting up a facebook page and share files through google drive? A person's google drive has 15G of free space. It's even better if one is willing to spend money and to expand their drive space. The money perhaps can be obtained by everyone contributing.

Besides google drive, mega.nz might be another alternative. It offers 50G of space for free users.

Someone has done something similar and actually succeeded. If we work together, perhaps it is possible to do something like this.
