We hope to change that. Nova, some other ppl, and I are in the middle of starting a fansite and forum for Halcali. The forum is accessible now, but the fansite is still under construction until mid to late July. It's a start, and we hope to spread Halcalism as far as possible.I Halcali. You don't hear enough about them though.

I feel for you Kuno, that registration lineup at Acen was horrible. I waited only 6 hours though, but I still missed the panel. Actually I probably would've had time to catch the last half hour, but the location is so secluded and I got lost. But I did see both concerts and you'll find me in one of Halcali's blog photos.
You see the dude with a hat and double peace signs in the front row? That's my friend. I'm standing behind his right shoulder.

Hey man. I'm taking JLPT this year too. But I'm going for level 4 because I haven't studied in a long while. Kanji and vocab are still keeping me down. But I figure if I do well this year, then next year I'll go for level 2.I personally haven't but I thought about it this week and asked my national centre for an application form. I should be able to fire that off well before the October 5th deadline and hopefully I'll get a place. With a bit of study I could probably pass 二級 because the pass mark is only 60% and in a feeler test on the internet I managed a fair bit above the 25% that would be expected if I was going truly by guesswork but I will hopefully be doing 三級. I suppose the reason is to have targets in my study. By not following a course and having never had a class it would be useful for me to gauge how I'm doing. Also, it'll be good for me to stop referring to my books for things I vaguely recall and actually use my brain instead.

So wait what, can you like see where you work in one of the piccies in the PB? If so, then that's something to brag about for sure!
An yeah, Eri in a BookOff (looking for one of her own pb's of course) would be a cool shot.
Well, it's very far in the distance. But I think I can tell from that giant construction crane that my former workplace is nearby.
EDIT: Got rid of the thumbnail!

Hey man, I sure am scarce these days. But I do try to pop in H!O once in a while. And it sure was a surprise to find out Eri did a PB in British Columbia. I know most of the city and beach locations. And in that bridge photo overlooking False Creek, I saw a few construction cranes in the background which was kind of funny. I think my workplace is far off in the distance near one of those cranes. Our city is undergoing a construction boom these days, just wait until the Olympics arrive. But in the meantime, downtown Granville St. is partially gutted and all along Cambie St. for the new train line connecting downtown to the airport.Kibune paying a visit in our simple thread. What an honor. Nice to see you around! Now what are you waiting for? Go get some of that Ice cream before it's de-spERItualized(?)!
I'm glad Eri wasn't here during the civil strike which ended just recently. Now that a deal has been reached, the garbage collectors have three months worth of trash to pick up! KUSAI!~
You know, a picture of Eri standing in BookOff would've been killer.
