Create A Playlist/Mixtape!

So this is the first time I created a thread here in H!O after being here for quite some time.
 
Recently, I've been running. Not the "out in the open" kind of running but threadmill kind of running. After trying out Spotify's Running Playlist, firing it up on shuffle, I kind of liked the fact that you don't know what the next song is up. Although I've always liked listening to my purchased albums while running, shuffling the songs and not knowing the next song can put some variety in the running. Or perhaps using another person's playlist with your routine gives you that extra high.
 
So, some things I'd like to add here:
 
01 - Please specify what the playlist is intended for (Walking, Running, Weightlifting, For Marathons.)
02 - You can mix and match whatever song you like.
03 - Please provide the total time of all the songs (so I can gauge it myself and probably include it in my playlists.)
04 - If you have anything to add in your playlists, like for example, running and timing in your speed with the song in your playlist, or adding a fading effect for every transition, feel free to add it.
 
So, I'll start. I just started running to this with some Fade Effects added:
