This man is Wada Naoki (41), the producer of "Youplus" to which Kawago belongs. He is also the creative director of "SEKAI NO OWARI", and also works on the apparel brand "badmood" with vocalist Fukase. He is active in a wide range of fields, including being named a co-editor of the magazine "TOKYO DOT".

Makes me wonder even more about Hina's abrupt departure and whether it's all because of tension between the members or tension between the members and management.

林田真紅に関するお知らせ

いつもYouplusを応援いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

この度、メンバーの「林田真尋」に関しまして、事務所と当人で協議を行った結果、
Youplusとしての残りの期間を共に活動していくことが困難という判断に至り、
2023/07/29付でYouplusとしての活動を終了し、事実上の解雇処分とさせていた
だきましたことを報告いたします。

解散まで残り1ヶ月という少ない期間ではありましたが、応援してくださるファン
の皆様の期待を裏切るような形での報告となりましたこと、心よりお詫び申し上
げます。

Youplusは9月3日のイベントをもって解散することが決定しておりますが、残り
の活動は尾形春水、中西香菜の2名で誠心誠意取り組んでまいりますので、今後と
もYouplusの応援をよろしくお願いいたします。

This time, regarding the member "Hayashida Mahiro",
as a result of discussions between the office and the person himself,
We have come to the decision that it will be difficult for us to work together
for the rest of the period as Youplus.
We would like to inform you that we have ended our activities as Youplus on July 29, 2023,
and have effectively been dismissed.

Although it was a short period of one month until the dissolution, we would like to apologize

It has been decided that Youplus will disband after the event on September 3rd,

After reading the listing at Sony Music Shop, I don't think the fourth song is a Nakanishi Kana solo.

The listing definitely includes the term solo song (ソロ曲) for the 3rd song:
また3曲目には尾形春水によるソロ曲『5月の嘘』

But in the description of the 4th song, there is no mention of it being a solo song:
4曲目には中西香菜のグループメイトであるMETAMUSEの巫まろを迎えた名作『てがみ』と盛りだくさんの内容になっている

Running it through the translator at DeepL gives:
"The fourth song is the classic Tegami featuring Nakanishi Kana's group mate Kannagi Maro of METAMUSE, and there is plenty more to come."

Miki is the only former Fairies member that continues to post on her official SNS accounts. But that may be because she continues to work on a project she started on before the group's inactivation, and Momoka might start back up at some future date.

The official SNS accounts, and all the Fairies history they held, for the three members that have left RISING PRO were deleted today, June 30.

Rikako stated that she is taking a break from being an entertainer and so it may be awhile before she returns to a public life.

Sora and Mahiro have new public SNS accounts...
