I have the file, but it's in my local hard drive so I can't seed it in high speed since I can't use my seedbox for it.

The file size exactly same, just different encoding. That torrent still has seeders.

Unless the uploader start seeding, I guess no one can't help seed it because as you see no one ever completed download those torrent.

I think you should download similar torrent or if you can bear with my slow upload speed I can upload a torrent of that show. I think I have the whole show in one file.
