I've become OBSESSED with Fudanjuku (still not a huge fan of NFS yet) after I saw that picture of them with S/mileage in Young Jump.
Call me whatever you want, but I really like the concept of cute girls crossdressing and looking like HOT guys.
I totally have a girl crush on Akazono Kojirou (the red one).
(Is it just me or does she have a bit of a Yossie vibe going on?!)

I already bought two of their singles and their album.
Let me tell you, their music is really catchy!

And I believe the blue one is the H!P wota.
I saw a video on YouTube with Fudanjuku as special guests, then Yossie randomly runs in the room and the blue girl can't stop staring!

Another one of my favorites bites the dust. I was extremely devastated when I heard the news. But when I sat down and let it sink in, I'm glad to know that it was her own decision and that she's doing this for her own health. Although I'm sad, I can understand her reason for wanting to leave the group.

I was looking at an old blog post I wrote after I met MM at AX. Here's what I wrote about Eri:

I just have to say...She's SO friggen cute in person! Her smile could light up a room! Despite Kamei's shy streak (which I think she's gotten over?), she's very sociable. The first time I met her, she actually started talking to me first! Also, like Ai-chan, Eri is very humble and blushed when I gave her a compliment. I really hope that Tsunku brings Eri to the front more often. She has gorgeous vocals and she can outdance ANY of the other girls (the concert proved that!). I was disappointed to learn later that she's a huge Stitch fan...We could've obsessed together!

I think that Eri is a very beautiful and talented girl. If she decides to come back to the world of showbiz, I'm confident that we'll be able to see her shine again in the future!

This news was extremely sad and shocking at the same time. But what REALLY made me burst into tears was reading her blog entry.

Why is it that once I start really liking a girl in MM, she graduates?! At first I wasn't a very big fan of LinLin. But she slowly grew on me. Her youthful energy, that amazingly powerful voice of hers, great humor and enthusiastic personality really made me become a fan of hers. Getting to meet her at AX quickly made her one of my favorites. She really left a great, lasting impression on me that I'll never forget.

I hope that someone influential in China sees how much potential she has and gives her a successful singing career so that we can continue to enjoy her beautiful vocals!

I will be in Japan June 23-July 17 in the Tokyo area. But as far as I can see, there are no events going on during this time. Boo!

If anyone has any information on any H!P related events, please let me know! Aside from the official H!P website, I'm not sure where else to look for information. Are there any Hangry & Angry events going on in Japan during the time I'm there? I would LOVE to see Yossie again!

I'm not a Mano fan, but if she's going to be in my neighborhood, I will go to show my support! If Tsunku realizes how popular the girls are over here, perhaps we'll get to see some other H!P groups in the near future!
