The magibon discussion really needs to be dropped. I understand that most of you guys envy her because she got to meet Marippe, and stand next to her.. but this kind of thing isn't doing 'justice' to Marippe's slow moving thread - so, all of us, let's just move on .

Anyway, I made something for you Marippe fans using the photo-editor my father installed for me. It's not great, but I just made it out of fun.. And if you're wondering where I got the pictures, I just took screencaps from a Hello!Morning episode (118: Take the Picture!).

I actually didn't know about the Magibon thing until now. I honestly don't care either way, I'm not a fan of Magibon but I don't have a vendetta against her because she got to meet Marippe, as much as I would want to myself... ;_;

I saved the sound file, it's just so cute when she speaks English, reminds me of those Ayaka's Surprise English Lessons that I'm sure you've all seen.

That is absolutely nuts spending that much money on a girl! I never let a guy pay for anything with me because I'd feel guilty about having him spend money on me, even though I am a broke student who doesn't have the opportunity to work very much. If we're doing something or going out to eat or whatnot I always pay for my own stuff. Girls that manipulate guys into spending massive amounts of cash on them annoy me though, gives the rest of us a bad name. >_<

Anyways, happy story time! I have been single for the past over 4 months now after getting out of a 5 year relationship that turned really bad... so despite my age I have no idea how to flirt with guys or show interest, which is compounded by my shyness with the end result being that guys never approach me or anything. Ack. But I was out dancing with one of my friends and some of her friends and met a cute male friend of hers that said he liked me so we danced all night and he contacted me a couple days later. We're both in the middle of finals all month so we have only been able to hang out like twice, but he has been making occasional cute romantic gestures, like I was out with my friends at a CD release party thing and he didn't have time to go for the event but drove all the way there to just say hi and chat with me for 5 minutes. I've never had anybody do any remotely romantic gestures for me so this is fun and exciting for me, even if we end up going nowhere/ he loses interest. ;

SteveDoubleU: Yes, unfortunately, it does. When I was there I noticed a marked difference between early May and the last few days of May and June in terms of it raining really often. Carrying around an umbrella really isn't all that bad I think though, and at least I wasn't spending tons and tons of time outside there.

Her Kung Fu movie coming out soon? I hope someday she gets some opportunities to do some seiyuu (anime voice acting) work aside from that One Piece thing where msot people couldn't even tell which character she was in that travesty of a bad movie.

I totally agree! She looks much better with the side-swept bangs I think, although the straight across kind were still cute on her.

Kung Fu-kun is coming out on March 29th actually! I'm looking forward to seeing it sometime even though she only has a small part. ^^
