idols does not need to be perfect vocals, not in japan, if you want perfect singers go to the Opera, as simple like that.

even in S.Korea singers with great singing skills does not have a music background in the song, they can scream perfectly but the song is merely "flat" in all cases.

The song was..... okay. I liked the chorus though.

But man, Sayu is gorgeous in this! 

 

I sense a Kyaru Pamyu Pamyu style (on music and visuals) on that song, too advanced for my ears, for not say ununderstandable. ?

Yeah, I've thought in some ways Sayumi has aged BACKWARDS, because she looks younger and even prettier than when she started w/ H!P.

Auto Tune is not used actually for correct singing voices, Reggaeton vocals uses a lot like an style and not for correction, Japan uses a lot of Auto Tune on Perfume and no one of the girls does sing badly, it's just an Fx the same way they use on Sayumi.

the only thing I dont like of this new Sayumi song is the "chipmunk voices" Fx applied to her, she does not need that, I prefer her real voice when she did rapping on one of the newest songs I can't recall right now...
