They had every opportunity to handle this much better and could have began establishing changes a long time ago that would have prevented this outcome. It's not even like there's no precedent for it in H!P. Kominato was a married mother of two while she was in Taiyou to Ciscomoon (she even pointed out as much on social media) and they still offered to keep her on as a soloist after that group disbanded. I don't know what I'll excuse from this agency in the future, but in my current frustration, I'd have zero problem with every single member announcing that they also have relationships, leaving their respective groups, and letting the entire agency crumble.

Why change when your company is already around for over 20 years and survived for this long without following social trends that come over from the west.

She was an idol she knew the rules and broke them, got punished by it.

Yuri is not an idol and faces no punishment because he broke no rules.

Delaying the single and removing her merch etc etc must cost them quite a bit because of this hiccup. Disrupts everything going forward.

Still in UNI she has a 3 year thing going. Judging from the FC chat some things really go under her skin and get her quite sad. I doubt she would come back because she seems quite fragile to bad comments. She wont show it on her open Social media accounts but the FC ones she talks/cry (not often but the Hamlock and the Santa thing)/laughs freely specially on streams.

Worth it if you liked her in MM. She did two FC streams for new years one for everyone and one for the top paying tier on Zoom.

She has management?

Not that I know of, she seems to do everything by herself or with friends. As YA already said she made a calendar/Merch(towels/Clothing/Photos) Designed by her and the FC Chat over several Weeks. To be clear the Fans of hers asked for more Merch to support her. She was against it at first but leaned in after.
