With Chiichan’s graduation, I noticed Fukuchan was leader of 6 consecutive generations of members. 7 if you include the remaining members of 9th gen under her. First time a leader achieved that. (Ai-Chan of course is 2nd longest leader but still) The leader after her will have to challenge that hahaha

My first listen was watching the music video for the first time. My initial thought was wow, what a mess.

Second listen was much better. I liked everything but the verses. I've listened to it many more times and I quite like the song. Different. I don't want a return to auto tune voices, though.


Can definitely distinguish Maachan's effect. Views are lacking on the MV. Used to be 1 million within a week or two time.

Any idea what Japanese fans think of Chu Chu Chu?

Maybe because Maria loves the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters and Kaori is from Mururan, Hokkaido. Besides being the tall members lol

I haven't posted yet about her graduation announcement, and I've been trying to catch up on sleep (completely unrelated reason) but I can finally post now.

 

Her grad announcement was kinda to be expected, but it still really hurts. But the more I thought about it, I'm so proud of Maachan. She was so adult-like in her decision to graduate. Sometimes I still see her as the 12 year old kid she was at debut. But of course she's not. She's a wonderful, beautiful young woman. There will be a void without her in the group, but they will be fine when she graduates.

 

I hope she sticks around and can pursue her song writer dreams. Wouldn't it be amazing if she wrote songs for Momusu?

 

My thoughts are swirling so I really can't get a really good message out....oh well.
