"I hate Momochi, not Momoko", do you really think that this is different? Do you really think that Momoko won't be hurt even if she heard that? Momochi is still a character that Momoko is working really hard on everyday. Would you be happy if someone told you "I hate what you spent hours/days/months/years working on" ?

It is different, though. Doesn't matter whether you think it would make Momoko said or not. That doesn't change the fact that when an idol puts on a character, it isn't /them/. It's no different than acting, honestly. Yeah, it;'d be rude for me to tell my favorite actor, "Wow, your acting in ____ really sucked" but that doesn't mean I can't think that and still like the actor.

I'm with Chinami - it IS different. Momochi the character is MEANT to be outlandish and get your attention for better or worse (just as Sayu's character was). As long as her act is garnering SOME attention for Berryz, ya know? It's a character people love to hate, but at least we're not hating the person behind the character.

Hey, I share your sentiments regarding preoccupation. Some recent films that might reinvigorate your Astronaut career; Gravity (2013) Europa Report (2013) Moon (2009). I'm currently watching Sci-fi/Fantasy, Space/Time(Travel)/Parallel universe, Utopian/Dystopian themed films :)
