Through my own judgement, I used a method of whether I would like to hear "this" girl or "that" girl's voice on a track and as for my conclusion: Oda Sakura and Kishimoto Yumeno are my picks and I think I know why.
Both their voices are kind of similar (ie. Kind of breathy and a little husky to a certain extent) They have voices that I personally would enjoy listening to if they led a single continuously, like Reina or Takahashi as an example.
As individuals, I find Sakura to be very pretty for her age. I can see her transforming into a role similar to Eri's or even more.. (ie. A prominent vocal and visual role to the group)
And as for Yumeno, I find that she has that underdog like character that I like to see in the auditions. Kanon had that, Masaki had that, and I feel like she will have a struggle during the auditions that Tsunku would like to build on.

This is one of the most singularly ridiculous arguments I've ever heard, really you're complaining about screentime in a tiny CM???

In 123, none of the Jyuukies get solo lines (I think?) and that'll be their third single...
No worries, all the Jyuukie members got a solo line or rather, a solo syllable!
(With Masaki getting an extra syllable than the other 3 Jyuukie members)As for me, I personally only want 2 new girls! I wouldn't mind one from eggs and another one being super fresh/new to the idol industry. I personally love those characters.
If I were to be super picky though, one of these 2 new girls would definitely have to be aged somewhere between 15-17. We need more people around Iikubo Haruna's age!
