Started out on my hello project fandom over a decade ago as a middle schooler, and having Captain as my first idol crush. Its so great to see her getting married now.

I hate how everyone eventually just wants money from Chissa. First her family (father) taking advantage of their child her whole life now that woman trying to get coin from her ugh!

This. I choose to believe, and I HOPE Chisato isn't that foolish to be a homewrecker. I really hope she's not being taken advantage of again. As you've said her family took her hard earned money I'm still having bad opinions about her father whom she seems to still be close to and now this.

Currently I'm inclined, though biased of course, to believe that the dude's relationship with his wife was already rocky and Chisa just clicked with him. She might be going out with him without any true intimacy or whatever. However, I am on the rocks if Chisato is a willing 3rd party, or if she don't condemn affairs cause her father has affairs left and right and it seems like apart from her mother, Chisa doesn't seem too affected by it and seems to be all forgiving to her father, and maybe even supporting him after knowing what sort of acts he's done.

 

Gathering my thoughts again... I feel that the scenario of her being a willing 3rd party might be plausible... For her to still be close to her father which drinks, gambles away her money and even has affairs and her condoning his acts THEN having her committing one herself is not too far fetched at all. She might not have any relationship prior and this guy might be such a good talker plus having good physique and similar earning power helps too.
 

Man I'm so conflicted about this. I know there have been points raised above but I still hope that she's merely supporting him as a potential partner and not the one to cause a broken marriage. That I can totally accept.

Well if this rumor is true then in a way it's good news that her suspensions isn't about her losing interest in entertainment business.

There is a chance that after some time she might be back performing on stage again.

 

You'd rather your idol sacrifice some form of her moral judgement to ensure seeing her again in entertainment?
