I have an important question, is there somebody here who had a problem receiving their concert ticket?
A japanese friend of mine paid, and they took the money from his bank account, but he never received the concert ticket (checked everything in his mailbox, also he used the right e-mail address).
I'm asking this because as they take too long to reply - or will probably never will; I wanna know if somebody solved this problem already?

I had similar problem mentioned before. I'm currently trying to solve this via ECC-Net and i'll try to talk with somebody in that case in Paris (i bought second ticket from someone).

I have fixed one ticket already, but maybe someone on place of Japan Expo will be interested. You can always print all tickets and get them with You to Paris.
