My favorite character is Koyomi but recently I really like Yukari sensei. It's really funny whenever I see her drive.

I've read the manga, and I thought it was hilarious!

Theeen I watched the anime.....not so impressed. I thought it was really boring and didn't pull a lot of the jokes well. There was too much pausing, and made the joke less of an impact. Guess cause they were trying to fill the 20mins =/

Azumanga Daioh is completely awesome! Osaka is my favorite character too. I recently bought the DVD box-set (each DVD separately), and I was very disappointed with her English voice. They completely butchered it...so I refuse to watch the show in English.

sumimasen but i would appreciate it it you would change it from azumanga daioh to azumanga daiou. It is more properly written romaja as there is no kana for "h". The h is really a "u". It would be written this way in japanese: あずまんが　だいおう。

well its actually only 1 season. there was a 6 min short movie and the 4 min web daioh.

HAHAHA I love this series, I started watching it about 3 years ago. My fave characters are Sakaki, Chiyo, Tomo, and Osaka. Sasaki is my #1 though... she's so cute o^-^o And my fave episode is #4, the pool one lol. The series kinda remindes me of Seinfeld because it has a plot, yet it doesn't really, but it all comes together beautifully in a hillarious way!

Is this Azumanga Daioh?
I took the captures from this video and Mini moni's Jankenpyon plays in the background. The complete file name is AMV - Azumanga Daioh - Mini Moni - Janken Pyon!.avi so I'm not really sure if this is the right anime.

If it is, then I really like the style of it. The characters make funny faces and there are cats and penguins... or something.

I love Azumanga Daioh! It's just so gosh darn great! I love how adorable Chiyo is especially when she dressed up as a penguin. Osaka is so ditzy I couldn't help but laugh. My favorite Osaka moment is when she was staring at the bubbles in her eyes. My brother says I'm just like Tomo, loud. Which is probably true.
