Seeing all the art here makes me want to start drawing again too. There are some really talented people here.
I haven't been really into anime for awhile and I've been away from the pencil and paper medium for even longer. Anyway, here are some of my drawings. Both done in photoshop.
From about a year back (I was too lazy to finish it):

your pretty good in photoshop. and even if you didn't draw manga for a long time, still your imagination will lead you to create and draw good again.

I know how to draw also but it's not really drawing, just copying a picture especially anime.

I have always been able to draw, but only recently got into shading, and i have never tried to draw anything other than Animé characters other than what you generally have to do in school

I can too, but with image example.

I still trying draw with my own imagination, and it often failed because whenever I start draw when I got good imagination, that imagination must be gone right when i want to start drawing.

There are plenty of books out there(mostly bad), but I recommend this one from Graphics-sha.

After that, why not learn some facial expressions and perspective drawing?

in 10 years since elementary, i just drew 10-20 pc of artworks i think, once or twice a year   but I'm good

I like to draw from time to time. but I don't think I'm that good. I'm currently still working on trying to draw the colossal titan but it isn't going too well. :/
