Mine's a Sony Ericsson P900...though I'm planing to upgrade to P910i pretty soon. My memory's just not enough to accomodate the mp3s I need to survive. hehehe....and I'm still trying to figure out how to compress videos such that it would play on my phone~ That way, I can watch THE Manpower!!! everywhere I go~ :good:

If you can play 3gp files (the file format 3g-phones use), there is a developer tools from nokia that converts basically any video format to 3gp ^^

heh, I mean, what if you just gotta have some Man Power!!!! while waiting for the bus or something!?

If your phone supports mpeg or avi or wmv, then you can use OSS Video Converter. This is a powerful program. Also there is WinAVI Converter and DVDShrink. DVDShrink will compress up to 50%, and I have often wondered if I could run the file through multiple times - but I haven't tried it. On my MPx220 Smartphone, a 4 - 6 minute mpeg1/2 video with 64bit mp3 will take about 30megs.

I'm planning to share a small library of converted files someday - not ready yet.

Hey no fair IPAQ ... that's no cellphone! (or is it?)

Actually, that would be a cool new topic: "Video on the Go." If you don't start it, maybe I will - but meanwhile, I am OFF TOPIC here. Sorry.

Nokia 6230. Same series as santa-sans.

It has lot's of redundant (and cool ^^) stuff but I luv it's calendar most. oh and it can play mp3 files from mmc. guess who has The Manpower!!! as a ringing tune? ;p

I got this one too. I love it because it's unlocked, so if I ever travel overseas I can take it anywhere in the world (that has GSM, which is practically everywhere) and all I'll need to do is change SIM cards. Right now I've got over 200 H!P wallpapers and my mmc is 60% filled with H!P/Jpop mp3 clips (30 sec. each) that I use for ringtones. Current ringtone is ELEGIES!
XD
