Is that what it is? I was trying to figure it out...it sounded really good for a live, but then Yuuka's part didn't seem exactly like the single.in the music japan performance, it seems like they're singing over the original song track?
In any case, I love it! I'm so glad Captain is in this unit, and I'm addicted to C\ C! The dance is so cool...

For the C/C song it's a little tricky to hear, but it's definitely Takahashi. There might be some Reina in there, I don't know: C/C
Nope.

Watching the dance shot (and paying attention this time), I have to say the best dancer was Taka. She's so graceful she makes the dance look effortless. Captain's upper body lacked some movements, though you have to really just look only at her to notice the details. Maimi was fierce, ie. aggresive and with some sex appeal.. but sometimes she exaggerates her movements. Reina's movements were precise, and her flirty smile (although not Niigaki-level) through the whole video was very fitting, but I don't think she's awesome. Yuuka's dance was good, sharp movements and all, but nowhere near the level of Taka/Captain/Maimi.

I caved in and listened to the preview of the c/w posted a while back. I like it a lot. I can't wait to hear the whole version.

So maybe it's in reference to the group having the leaders of the three major groups in H!P making it kind of a "royal" group?

The criteria for selecting this unit's members was to choose the members of each group who excel in singing of course and dancing (Hip-Hop and R&B dancing too).
As for H!P egg Maeda, she was selected because she showed the most growth among all trainees.
The name of the unit "High-King" means "the most superior king".
Since they're girls, the word "queen" would have been more appropriate, but since it didn't have any punch, I chose the word "king" instead.
And the High-King font bearing a striking resemblence to the font of Rolling Stone has been commented on before too (you weren't the only one who thought of Rolling Stone...)

Good choice! Just have a look at what HIGH QUEEN would have revealed: http://www.highqueen.com/
Well, obviously not in this thread. At least the "search topic" button didn't bring any results for "rolling" or "stone" prior to my post (try it!)And the High-King font bearing a striking resemblence to the font of Rolling Stone has been commented on before too (you weren't the only one who thought of Rolling Stone...)
