What I've learned about Japanese so far, is that you must first pay attention to these 2 things: Rule #1 and Context. After that, just pray they remember their high-school English class.

While Kikka and UUG are under Y-UM http://yum-e.jp/, both are still UFC http://www.up-front-create.com/artist/ thru company partnership lol (not sure about UUG(2), UUG(P), and Miiko... they're under Y-UM, but not listed in any UFG websites...)
just like Mikitty and ManoEri, both are still in UFG under J.P Room http://www.jp-r.co.jp/ thru company partnership with JustPro http://www.just-pro.jp/
the relationship between Y-UM and UFC is very similar with Just Pro and JP Room (JustPro used to be part of JP Room before it became an independent company)

I had never heard of Y-UM before zam's last post lol.. But your post was very informative thank you. I was trusting the h!p wiki who says her newer singles are being released on the Up Front Create label. But shes still listed on Universal J's website so I trust that more.
I really liked Sayonara Standard after a month or so of listening to it and getting bored but then it clicked. But it being only one a-side was a downer and I would have preferred something more energetic. I'm hoping we get two a-sides this time around.

@rinafest, Y-UM's CEO, Yamada-san, was MM's manager during the Platinum Era. He just formed his company early 2016, around that time. It is still new.
As for why CBC was not transfered to Y-UM, maybe becos they just transfered from Tsunku's TNX and maybe they had an agreed time to stay within UFC before they could go anywhere else. All this is just speculation tho.
