I think its because of the sign which says "Strip Festa"
Well that is what the game is about... You strip the "vampires" to expose them to the sun
Ofcourse no one is going to strip at the event

The title of game is actual a trick. It can be read as "Akiba Strip" but the word "Strip" would raise alarm in overseas market, so its Akiba's Trip. Heck I am surprised I can get this game at my local SONY store.
