actually i think HunterX is really the prelude for Naruto... that ninja from the earlier part(i forgot his name)... if you can recall,... i think he when back to japan after learning about NEN... then lied to people saying that its call Chakra so that it would seem that he is the first person who discovered it
notice the similarity of Kakashi's Chidori and Killuwa's Hatsu...
also they actually practiced GYO when naruto concentrated chakra to walk on water...
other jutsus would be kinda like materialization nen...

i tried to intro HxH to my friend after watching it all.
he's some nutcase who reads the manga version of stuff, i duno, reads books in bookstores type, and he showed me the manga HxH. it looks like half finished, no shading even lines look incomplete. kinda wierd
