Miyoshi Chinatsu was a member of H!P for only a short time, but I still think she deserves her own thread instead of sharing one with Rika Ishii!

While she was in H!P she was present in a lot of the stuff going on, but she has fallen into obscurity since she left so sudden after only releasing three singles.

the most recently found PV, looks like a Hello! Morning set but then again, how should i know lol.

I acquired that VHS of Hello! Project concert '99 in Yokohama of her first live performance of "Unchain my Heart" and her performance isn't as solid as her "Love, Yes I do" that was posted. You could tell she was nervous

What I never got was why didn't no one else cover her songs, or any of Heike, or Sheki-Dol lol... I really liked Unchain My Heart.... is covering songs of past people (Besides Taiyo to Ciscomoon since Inaba is still there) who has left the company taboo?

Me neither!! It is like H!P or Tsunku or whomever act like they never excisted. Cause it would be great hearing covers of tetteki unmei, daikirai and unchain my heart. They are all very good songs!!

I really like the diversity in the groups, girls and sound at that time.

^Yeah, you're right! I completely forgot about that. She sings it at the 'Special Christmas Live 2007'. Can't wait for that release

I too think it is a shame they cut down the pv's.
They have done it for several artists. The ones you mention and also Melon Kinenbi's 'this is unmei'. It is a shame because the songs are good and i'd like to see a pv for the whole thing damit!

Maybe there was a full length pv for Anata no Shirts to Love Song too? It's not that uncommon to release both complete and cut down PVs. Otsuka Ai has done that on some of her PVs for instance.

Yeah, Otsuka Ai has like a tv version and when she releases the cd+dvd the pv has longer or extra scenes.

**= the kanji/romanized version is weird. The Kanji given in the official lyrics is "声" but when using the dictionary online, it saying as "koe" sound, which doesn't sound like what she is saying, so maybe if someone wants to clarify or explain what's going on here, I'm leaving the romanized version as is. It's better to have something than nothing right? But... My guess is maybe they got the kanji wrong on the official lyric sheet?

Does anyone know if the older releases of Miyoshi, and others included lyrics on the CD jackets? I'll pick them up in a heart beat if someone can tell me...!

I've been trying to find out what that kanji means too, and it must be some typo of some kind! There is no way that kanji can be pronounced "fuji" (cause that is what i hear too), but then how should one write that word?? "ふじ"? "フジ"?

All the 8 cm cd singles i own come with lyrics. It is written in the cd case when you open it. For the enka singles i have, there is a sheet with lyrics and notes in addition to the text in the cd case.
Please let me know if you buy them. I have been looking for the lyrics for a long time, but havent had any luck finding them.

I am posting three of her songs (the a-side to her singles) for you (and anyone who'd like to give them a try). They are really nice, and it is a shame she didnt get to be a part of H!P for a longer time!

Why she left H!P?

^I dont know. Her last performance was at a concert in sept 2000, and then suddenly she was gone. I guess we can only speculate in what happened...

I have at least never talked to anyone who know why she left!

Maybe she didn't feel like they were giving her enough releases.
Like with Heike Michiyo I can imagine one of the reasons she left was because her 2nd album was a singles collection.
So perhaps Miyoshi was expecting a new single or first album but instead she got told she was gonna get the Yasuda treatment ?

^I dont know how rare they are. I see them from time to time on yahoo auctions and they are never that expensive. Country musums single son the other hand, hoi!
