Quick update:
Tsugumi read the messages, and even though she may have gotten some of the nuances wrong, the feelings were properly relayed to her! She was really happy that even fans from overseas are by her side at this time.

It sounds like the transition back to life in Sapporo has been hard for her, at least so far -- which I can definitely understand, because of everything she's left behind. I hope that her friends start to do what they can to cheer her up, and that she begins to feel better soon. I think that once she does, she'll start to bounce back, and she'll find that there is a lot that she can do, but I know that things like that can be difficult at first.

According to her tweets, she's been crying a lot....
In a recent one, she mentions not being here by 12PM, which is in about 8-9 hours currently. The day has finally come....
I hope her transition will be as smooth as possible for her sake....

I had thought that she was already in Sapporo, but from her tweets, I guess that she just got on the airplane. In a way, that's better -- leaving Tokyo is bound to be sad, but I hope that there will be good friends to greet her when she gets to Sapporo.

I have an upcoming leisure trip to Osaka/Kobe/Kyoto in January with my colleague and a trip by myself to Osaka/Hiroshima/Kyoto in February. Good time to visit since the currency dropped recently.

It's quiet around here again.... 
Well, Tsugumi's a staff member for a local idol duo now, Lumina-Ria.
It seems she's been teaching them some dance moves. Hopefully, she won't over do it and get hurt again....
It's been 7 years since Miyu's Rose release, and...
it's also been 2 years since that infamous announcement....

Ten years, and they came back, then went away again, under a dark cloud of Runtime upper-management dysfunction...
I wonder if the true story of ZONE and Runtime will ever come out. If it does, I hope that the truth (or what we hear of it) is kind to the former members of ZONE and MARIA, and the other Runtimers. It should be kind to them -- they all seem like good people, and they all deserve fresh air, open doors, and good opportuinties in their lives...

It's also just over a year since J&Q played their final concert. Any termination clauses attached to Maiko's Runtime contract ought by now to have lapsed and so If she wants to return to music the way should to be open.

Sorry I haven't been around lately....
It's kind of hard to believe it's been 10 years since the Budokan Live....
Also, MARIA's 5th anniversary....
Well, it seems the the former MARIA members are doing well nowadays. Which reminds me, someone mentioned to Tsugumi the other day on Twitter the idea of the Red Worker'Z reforming. If they did, I wonder how they'd sound today....
I hope Maiko's doing well too, and hopefully we'll see some sign of her soon.

It's been a while since I've been on Twitter, so i missed that! It sounds like Tsugumi's out of the country at the moment. I hope she has a safe trip.
And yes, it would be very nice to see Maiko re-emerge, doing something that she wants to be doing, whatever that may turn out to be.

Yeah, there's been a few new developments with Tsugumi recently.
Not only is she a staff member of Lumina-Ria, she's also one of their producers. She's also producing a couple of other idols, as well.
Probably the biggest surprise was when she announced that she's getting married...! Apparently, it happened suddenly....
Heh, she can finally get married, after saying for so long that she could'nt get married....
It seems that the future groom is someone who helped her after she moved back to Sapporo.
Congratulations and good luck to the new couple!

And she's now an idol producer!

So I guess nothing new so far. Planning another trip next February (during the Chinese New Year period) to Osaka or Seoul or both.
Hope the girls are doing okay, haven't heard from them in a long time.

A Japanese ZONE fan just made the following tweet, then deleted it almost immediately (the original was in Japanese, and I didn't save it before it disappeared, but the translation is pretty straightforward):
"ZONE fans, please look at Mixi."
it probably doesn't mean much, but these days, even the slightest hint of anything ZONE related is worth a look...
